Your Appointment
Cancellation Policy

All Appointments must be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If you do not cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged full price.

Multiple Appointments

Scheduling multiple appointments within a week is against our policy. You will be charged full price if more than 1 appointment is booked within this time frame. If you book an appointment under your name for another person, you will be responsible for that charge. If you need to book more than 1 appointment within a weeks time, please call the salon to book the additional appointment.

Vouchers/Packages

Vouchers and Packages can only be used in the location they were purchased for or in. Please make sure you only book your appointment in the location that is listed on your voucher or in the location you purchased your package. If any appointment is made with a voucher for another salon location, you will be charged full price for your tan.

IMPORTANT:

When you are scheduling your tan online and have a voucher, make sure you choose the Voucher company name in the
section where you have to choose your tan
example: Gilt single tan, Gilt 2 pack
next, make sure you enter the voucher code.

All clients,must enter a valid credit card number in order to schedule an appointment. Even if you have a package or voucher.
Once you enter your voucher information, you will only be charged tax on that voucher.( $1.12 per session).
If you have a package, the system will recognize that and will not charge you.

In order to book an appointment with us, you must create an online account with full name, phone number, email address and credit card information,. If you have difficulty doing this, we can help you over the phone.
Once you schedule your appointment, you will receive an email confirmation.

Spray Tan VS. Glow

Brazil Bronze Glow Bar has been spray tanning clients since 2002. Over the last 14 years we have one questions that has been consistently asked. That question is…”How often does a client get a spray tan”. Although the question is the same, The answer has definitely changed.

Back about 4-5 years ago and prior, spray tanning was a seasonal service, at least here in NYC. It was noticeably much busier in the Spring/Summer months than in Fall/Winter. People would get a tan weekly from late Spring until Labor Day, then it would start to drop off except for some die hard spray tan fanatics and clients looking for a holiday tan, vacation tan or an event.

Over the last few years there has been a huge shift. Spray tanning has become a year-round service. Aside from a few people who like to look beach ready throughout the year, Most clients go from a Spring/Summer Spray “Tan” to a Fall/Winter “Glow”. To be honest, myself included, when you see yourself with some color, its hard to look at yourself without any. It just makes you look slimmer and healthier.

For those who want to have this as a year-round service, We always recommend getting a shade lighter in the Fall/Winter than in the Spring/Summer. Especially on the face. If you are getting a spray tan for an event, especially a Bride, we always recommend getting a lighter shade on the face. You want to look great, but you don’t want to look like you already returned from your honeymoon in your wedding photos. In addition to that, If you are getting a spray for an event and will be photographed, keep in mind that you will appear darker on camera or in a photo, so again, get a lighter shade on your face.
